Before you start

  • A name and a short description for each service: the app asks for both.
  • How long each service takes and, if you show prices, what it costs.

Step 1: Open your services

Every service clients can book lives in one list.

  1. Select Services in the menu. On a phone or a narrow window, open Account first.

  2. On Free, the service from sign-up already fills your plan: select it in the list to edit it, or open its … menu and select Deactivate to replace it.

  3. On Pro or Teams, or after deactivating, select Add service.

Done when: your service opens, or the New service form.

Step 2: Name and describe it

Clients choose by name and description, so use the words they use.

  1. In Name, type the service the way clients ask for it.

  2. In Description, say what is included. Both fields are required.

Done when: both fields are filled in.

Step 3: Set the duration and the price

The duration decides which times clients can pick.

  1. Under Duration, pick how long the service takes.

  2. To show a price, turn on Show a price and type it. With it off, the form tells you: Clients see this service as Free. (no price shown)

  3. Optional: add a photo under Service image.

Done when: the duration is set and the price reads the way clients should see it.

Step 4: Check the booking options

These options decide whether clients can book the service online, and how close together.

  1. Select More options. Allow booking is on for a new service: leave it on so clients can book online.

  2. In Buffer after each booking, add time after each booking for cleaning or notes, if you need it.

Done when: Allow booking is on.

Step 5: Choose who offers it

Clients can only book a service that someone offers.

  1. Open the Team tab and select Add team members.

  2. Pick yourself, or each person who offers the service, then select Done.

  3. Without anyone picked, the app stops you with At least one team member is required.

Done when: your name shows on the Team tab.

Step 6: Add or save the service

Nothing is saved until you add or save it.

  1. New service: in the bar at the bottom, Ready to add this service?, select Add.

  2. Existing service: the Unsaved changes bar appears after your first change; select Save.

  3. If a tab is marked, open it, fill in what it asks for and select the same button again.

Done when: Service created or Service saved shows and you are back in your Services list.

Step 7: Check it on your booking page

See the service the way clients will.

  1. Select the service, then its Availability tab: Next available slots lists the first times clients can book.

  2. Open your booking page and find the service.

Done when: the service shows on your booking page with its duration and price.
