Billing questions
Do I need a card to start a trial?
Yes. Pro and Teams start with a 15-day free trial on monthly billing, or 30 days on yearly billing. Checkout asks for a card, but nothing is charged during the trial. The first charge is on the day the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep your plan until then, and you are not charged again.
Do you refund payments?
Fees are non-refundable, except where the law or a written offer from us requires otherwise. The details are in our Terms.
Are VAT and other taxes included?
Customers are responsible for applicable fees and taxes, as our Terms set out. The amount you will pay is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Free includes 10 bookings per calendar month. When that limit is reached, online bookings from clients pause until the next calendar month. You can still add bookings yourself. You cannot add more team members or services than your plan includes until you move to a plan with room for them.
When do price changes apply?
A price change applies at your next renewal. It never changes the price of a period you have already paid for.
