Can SkedEz manage group classes with limited places?
No. SkedEz books one client per appointment and does not manage class capacity, enrolment, memberships or class passes. It fits individual lessons, trial classes, level tests and parent consultations. If group courses are your core business, use a tool built for enrolment alongside or instead of SkedEz.
Can parents book lessons for their children?
Yes. Parents book through the same web page, choosing the lesson and time and signing in or creating a client account with their own email when they confirm. Confirmations and reminders go to the contact used in the booking by email, and by WhatsApp on the Pro and Teams plans. There is no app to install.
Does it work for online lessons with students abroad?
Yes, on the Pro and Teams plans, SkedEz can add a Google Meet link to online lessons. Timezone detection shows each student times in their own local time, and the booking flow is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian.
