What consultants and trainers get with SkedEz
SkedEz thinks in services, team members and clients. A consultant can offer a discovery session, a strategy session and a follow-up, each with its own duration; a trainer can list assessments and training blocks. Clients book from your page or your website, and SkedEz sends email reminders, with WhatsApp on Pro and Teams.
Teams move to SkedEz when a meeting link no longer describes what they sell. Pro is €9.90 a month or €99.00 a year for one person; Teams is €14.90 a month for up to 20 team members. Each client keeps a history with private notes, so the next session starts where the last one ended.
How to switch to SkedEz
Start a SkedEz free trial, 15 days on monthly billing or 30 days on annual billing. Turn each event type into a service with its duration, set working hours for each team member, and connect Google Calendar on Pro or Teams. Export the contacts your current tool allows; SkedEz does not import client lists, so clients are added as they book or entered by hand.
Replace your scheduling link in your email signature, website and social profiles with your SkedEz page. Keep your Calendly account active until sessions already booked there have taken place, and share the new link with regular clients in your next conversation.
What you give up, and how SkedEz works without it
SkedEz does not collect online payments or deposits, send SMS, or bring new clients through a marketplace. If charging at booking is essential to your offer, that matters before you switch.
Many consultants and trainers invoice after the session or sell packages outside the booking tool, and SkedEz fits that way of working. Booking, reminders, Google Meet links and client history stay in SkedEz, while payments follow the process you already use.
